<br /> Attendees: Chairwoman Theresa Cool, Ben Caswell, Mollie Reis, Janice Mills, and Peter Thomas. Also in
<br /> attendance were Superintendent ofSchools Sherwood Fluery and Business ss dministrat r Michael Tarlow.
<br /> Mrs.Cook called the first executive session to order at 6:35 p.m.in the Quashnet School Library.
<br /> .Topic of discussion was the non-union personnel terms of employment.
<br /> Motion made by Mrs.Mills, seconded by Mr. Caswell,to move out of executive session at 7:12 p.m.
<br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor—Mrs.Cools,Mr.Caswell,Mrs. Deis, Mrs. Mills,and Mr. Thomas;opposed—none.
<br /> Mrs.Cook called the second executive session to order at 8:32 p.m. in the Quashnet School Library.
<br /> Topics of discussion included the following:
<br /> Continuation of the non-union personnel terms of employment.
<br /> School Facilities Supervisor -- After continued discussion from the previous executive session, a
<br /> motion was made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by I1rIr. Thomas to approve a salary of $46,800 with a
<br /> performance review in December 2002.
<br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor— Mr. Caswell, lir . Deis, Mrs. Mills, and Mr. Thomas; opposed — Mrs.
<br /> Cool.
<br /> Network Administrator — After continued discussion from the previous executive session, a motion
<br /> was made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Thomas, to approve a %raise effective July 1, 2002 and,
<br /> based on a six months' performance review, an additional 2% salary increase effective January 1,
<br /> 2003.
<br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor—Mrs. Cool , Mr.Caswell,Mrs. Reis, Mrs.Mills, and Mr. Thomas; opposed
<br /> —none.
<br /> Motion made Mrs.Mills,seconded by Mr. Caswell,to approve as printed below: Cleaning Supervisor,
<br /> Food Service Director, Superintendent's Administrative Assistant, Food Service Administrative
<br /> Assistant, Accounts Payable Clerk, Payroll Clerk, Business Office Supervisor, Computer Technician,
<br /> Volunteer,Coordinator,Assistant Volunteer Coordinator, Van Driver/Couriers,and recess Monitors.
