New Business 11.1 Quashnet School Fields—Mr. Thomas addressed this issue stating initially this <br /> project was almost in place to begin,however,due to other issues, it has been placed on <br /> the "back burner." He will contact Gus Frederick, Director of Leisure Services, to try <br /> to expedite this project.. <br /> XII. Committee Reports 12.1 Sub-Committee Reports <br /> 12.1.1 Neizotiations —Mr. Flu ry said the Unit C, Custodian and non-union <br /> contracts areon-going. <br /> 12.1.2 High School—Graduation is scheduled for June 15"'at 10:00 a.m. <br /> 12.1.3 Elementary School—There was no report this evening. <br /> 12.1.4 Curriculum — Mrs. Par l ki said the Science Revision is currently <br /> being revised and will be presented at the July meeting. <br /> 12.1.5 Finance—These issues were discussed earlier in the meeting. <br /> 12.2 External Report <br /> 12.2.1 Cape Cod Collaborative—Mrs. Deis had no report this evening. <br /> 12.2.2 Leisure Services — Mr. Thomas noted the Quashnet School fields <br /> issue was discussed earlier. <br /> 12.2.3 Safe Transportation Task Force — Mr. Caswell had no report this <br /> evening. <br /> 12.2.4 Affirmative Action Committee—Where was no report this evening. <br /> 12.2.5 Booster's Club—Mr.Thomas met with the outside crew ofthe House <br /> of Correction who will be doing the high school gess box site <br /> preparation. Hopefully, by August 2002, the press box will b <br /> constructed. <br /> 12.2.6 Indian Education—There was no report this evening. <br /> 12.2.7 Health Advisory Committee—There was no report this evening. <br /> XIII. Other There were no issues under"Other"for discussion. <br /> XIX. Executive Session There was no need to hold a second executive session. <br />
