As a result of Mrs. Cook"s question, Mr. Caswell rescinded his <br /> motion and Mr. Thomas rescinded his second of the motion. Mrs. Parols i will <br /> question Mr. Tarlow on this issue. Also, Mrs. Cook asked to schedule a meeting <br /> with Mr.Tarlow to discuss financial issues. <br /> Mr. Tarlow included a commendation letter to Coombs School Art Teacher Kim <br /> Palmer for her support with the process of ordering art supplies for the Mashpee <br /> Public Schools. <br /> Mr.Tarlow also included a memo statim that after monitoring the natural gas prices <br /> for the last several months, a rate has been locked in through August 2003 at$6.20 <br /> per MMBtu. <br /> 8.4 FY03 Budget Review — This issue was not discussed in detail due to Mr. <br /> Tarlow's absence. <br /> 8.5 Business Administrator's Monthly Report—Included in the packet was Mr. <br /> Tarlow's monthly report. There were no comments from the Committee. <br />
