Specifically Assigned/ :l Telephones—As part ofthe sum rn er"retreat"discussions,the School <br /> Unfinished Business Committee noted telephone issues that needed to be resolved. Mrs. Par lski <br /> informed the Committee that School Facilities Supervisor Brad Tripp is <br /> "bringing things up to speed"and will keep working on telephone issues. <br /> X. New Business 10.1 School Committee 2002-2003 Goals—Also as part of their""Retreat"' <br /> discussions,the Committee developed goals for this school year. firs. Mills <br /> listed the following goals in no specific order of priority: <br /> Financial Management: <br /> Budget Accountability <br /> Communications <br /> '03-'04 Plan <br /> Phone System <br /> Student Achievement <br /> Safety and Security <br /> Technology: <br /> V Systems <br /> Middle Grade Identity <br /> District Climate <br /> Although the Administrators and teachers devised their own goals without <br /> knowing what the School Committee's were., Mrs. Mills noted these goals are <br /> very simiIar to the other two factions. <br />
