Committee Reports 11.1 Sub-Committee Reports 11.1.1 Negotiations — Mr. Thomas said negotiations meetings with Unit A and Unit C to set ground rules were held. Future meeting dates were also set for negotiations. 11.1.2 High School—There has been no meeting scheduled. 11.1.3 Elementary School—There has been no meeting scheduled. 11.1.4 C rri ulurnAWAS. — Mrs. Parolsl i said there have been meetings held with the Community Advisory curriculum committees for Health/Physical Education and Music and the next set of meetings have been set for the first week in February. } Also, English/Language Arts Coordinator Joy B1c1d updated the Committee on the latest School Accountability System for MCAS. 11.2 External Reports 11.2.1 Cape Cod Collaborative — Mrs. Mills noted that the Cape Cod Collaborative liaison Mrs. Lopez has a conflict in serving on this committee and asked for volunteers to serve out this term. Mrs. Mills said she and Mrs. Reis will share the duties. 11.2.2 Leisure Services—Mr. Thomas said at their last meeting,the .Leisure Services Advisory Council discussed field usage at the schools. Their newt meeting is scheduled in January. 11.2.3 Safe Trans ortation T s k Force—.M r-. Caswell said a meeting has held prior to tonight's School Committee meeting in which two parental concerns were discussed. Other than those issues, "all is going well." 11.2.4 Affirmative Action Committee—There was no meeting. 11.2.5 Boosters Club — Mr. Thomas was unable to attend their last meeting due to a conflict with the School Committee's finance meeting, therefore in Mr. Thomas' place T rrie Cook commended the generosity shown to the Boosters. Their next tweeting is slated for December 12"' 11.2.6 Indian Education — Mrs. Mills said Mrs. Lopez has been in contact with members of this committee and will be the liaison from the School Committee.
