The food service revolving account is currently reflecting a balance of$91,056.57. . Superintendent's Contract — Mrs. Mills opened the discussion stating that as agreed to last summer, and after the School Committee's review of Mrs. Parolski's at the February 6, 2003 regular School Committee meeting, a motion was made by Mr. Caswell, seconded by Nor. Thomas, to accept Mrs. Prolski's contract as follows: Effective February 6,2003 —June 30,2003 - $ 3,134 FY - $ 106,949 F - $ 110,157 VOTE. Unanimous . ratification of Unit A Memorandum of Agreement —July 1, 2003-June 30, 2006—Motion made by Mr. Caswell, seconded by Mrs. Lopez,to ratify the Unit A Memorandum of Agreement from July 1,2003-June 3 ,2006. VOTE: Unanimous . Other — Finance Committee member Terrie Cook advised the School Committee the FinCorn supports the School Department's Capital Improvement Program requests for a security package and the special education van lease/purchase. Mrs.Mi informed the Committee of a joint meet in held between the Board of Selectmen and Finance Committee on Monday,March 3rd. She asked for Committee attendance, if possible. i
