During the discussion, it was decided <br /> the "Senior Final Exam Policy" would need to be revised. Mr. Brown will <br /> present at a future meeting. F <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mills,seconded by Mrs. Cook,to accept the above senior <br /> privileges as presented with the proviso ofars amended"Senior Final Exam <br /> Policy" in the future. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 9.8 out-of-State Fleld Trips-Roger Williams Park Zoo,Peg uot Mu Seurn— <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Cook, seconded by Mrs.Lopez,to approve the out-of- <br /> state field trips(Grade 6—roger Williams Park Zoo in Providence, Rhode <br /> Island; Grade 5 —Peuot Museum in Ledyard, Connecticut). <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> X. New Business 11.1 Boosters Clui na e—Press Box—Mrs. Cook recommended the <br /> School Committee absorb the cost of a plague with the names of those who <br /> assisted in the construction of the high school press box. Also send out a <br /> special "thank you" to the Boosters Club for their support and efforts in the <br /> construction of the High School Press Box. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mills,, seconded by Mrs. Lopez, to approve Mrs. Cook's <br /> i recommendation. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 11.2 "School Committee Member Compensation and Expenses"' <br /> Polic <br /> BHC — Revision —Mrs. Cook suggested a revision to this policy which would <br /> include School Committee family members to attend school-sponsored events <br /> without charge. This will be voted on at the July meeting. <br /> XI1. Committee Reports 12.1 Sub-Committee Reports—Due to time constraints,Mr. Thomas <br /> suggested Committee members give their monthly report, if needed. As a result <br /> of that, the following reports were given: <br /> 12.2.3 Safe Transportation Task Force —van Drivers/Couriers Ann Mell and <br /> Holly MacDonald addressed the Committee on the need for vary replacement <br /> stating the older vans have extensive usage.
