Thomas said there has been n <br /> meeting yet; however, a bus route meeting has been slated for August <br /> 11 th. <br /> 11.2.4 Affirmative ati e eti n_Committee — firs. Parolski reported previously on <br /> the "No Place for Plate" commendation and the next meeting is slated <br /> for September. <br /> 11.2.5 Boosters Club — Mrs. Reis questioned when these meetings are held. <br /> They are held the second Thursday f each month. <br /> 11.2.6 Indian Education—Mrs. Lopez was not in attendance tonight. <br /> 11.2.7 Health Advisory Committee — Mrs. Parolski said once meetings are <br /> established, School Physician Dr. Mosychuk would like to be invited t <br /> attend these meetings as well. <br /> XII. Other Mrs. Parolski discussed the results of the Coordinated Program Review. She <br /> said this document will be available on the DOE web site, in the public library <br /> and Superintendent"s office for review. Mrs. Parolski commended the special <br /> education department for their assistance and support in developing this <br /> document. In their report, the DOEon-site visiting team commended the <br /> Ma hpee Public Schools for the following: <br /> • "...its high quality Early Childhood Programs."" <br /> • "..a for being current in the area of Te hnology.�� <br /> • "'...Special Education Department for the numerous professional <br /> development training opportunities provided for staff." <br /> "...its outstanding volunteer Program." <br /> ...its com1']']itm ent to the provision ofthe least restri ctive envir nment to <br /> students with disabilities from preschool to highschool..." <br /> Mrs. Cook suggested rather than using backpack to send home parental <br /> information, perhaps obtaining e-mail addresses could be used — especially at <br /> the high school level. <br /> Mrs. Parolski said July 14, 2003 is the due date for any articles to be included <br /> in the October Town Meeting warrant. She said the school department will <br /> have articles regarding the establishment of a revolving account for rental of <br /> audio-visual equipment and usage of school facilities. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cook, to ask the Superintendent <br /> to contact Town Ad m i n istrato rJoyee Mason and prepare an article for the <br />
