f MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 1, 2003 Minutes Attendees: Chairman Peter Thomas,as, Theresa Cool, I OnnaJean Lopez, and Mollie Reis. Janice dills arrived at 6:40 p.m. Also in attendance were Superintendent Of Schools Patricia Parolski and Business Office Supervisor Ellen Ferguson. I. Call Meeting Mr. Thomas called the regular meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Mashpee to Order Nigh School Library. 11. Executive Session Motion rade by Mrs. Cook, seconded by Mrs. Lopez,to move into executive session at 6:31 p.m. for the purpose of negotiations and personnel. Roll Call Vote: In favor—lith. Thomas,Mrs. Cook,, Mrs. Lopez, and Mrs. Reis; absent—Mrs. Mills. III. Approval of Minutes 3.1 .Regular Meeting—September 10, 2003 —Motion made by Mrs. Cook, seconded by Mrs. Reis, to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on September 10, 2003. VOTE: Unanimous 3.2 First Executive Session — September,1 , 2003 — Motion made by Mrs. Deis, seconded by Mrs. Mills, to approve the minutes of the first executive session held on September 10, 2003. VOTE: Unanimous 3.3 Second Executive Session — September 10, 2003— Motion made b Mrs. Lopez, seconded by Mrs. Reis, to approve the minutes of the second executive session held on September 10, 2003. VII, Student Advisory Student Advi sor Council representative Tia Ave rett said today was`Hawaiian Council Day" at the high school; also, everts include Spirit week is this week,, Pajama Day, Color Day, and Homecoming is October 3rd while the Homecoming Dance is set for October 4th, Will.
