Call Meeting Mrs. Cool called the regular meeting to order at 6:38 p.in. in the Mash pee <br /> to order Nigh School Library. <br /> II. Executive Session Motion made by Mrs. Mills,seconded by Mrs. Reis,to move into executive <br /> session for the purpose of negotiations and personnel at 6:39 p.m. <br /> Roll Call Vote; In favor~—M rs. Public Forum Finance Committee member Kathy Lynch addressed the School Committee <br /> to express her concerns regarding the lack f parent and staff attendance at <br /> the October 2 #h Town Meeting. <br /> Mr. Thomas moved up the following agenda items due to student <br /> participation. <br /> .9 Eagle Project — Sean McGillicuddy — As his Eagle Project, Sear <br /> asked the Committee for permission to construct stone benches around the <br /> columns out in front of the Mashp e high School. After describing his <br /> intentions, High School Principal Mr. Ira Brown supported Sean's efforts. <br /> Mrs. Cook reiterated her support for Sean's proposal pending discussions <br /> with School Facilities Supervisor Brad Tripp. <br />
