Committee Deports 11.1 Sub-Committee Repoits <br /> 11.1.1 Itiatins—Mrs. Cook said this item was discussed <br /> i <br /> in executive session. <br /> 11.1.2 High School—There was no meeting. <br /> 11.1.3 Elementary School—Mrs. Reis said at the last meeting, <br /> Coombs School bathrooms were discussed. The next <br /> meeting is slated for September 21, 2004. <br /> 11.1.4 Curriculum/MCAS — Mrs. Par lski said the voted <br /> curriculums were being copies and readied for <br /> distribution for opening week. <br /> Mrs. Parlsi said approximately August 2 , 2004, the <br /> draft of the spring MCAS testing will be on. the <br /> security portal. <br /> Also, Mrs. Par lski wanted the I lashp e Public <br /> Schools could be listed as a "school in need of <br /> improvement"'due to possibly poor AQP results. <br /> 11.2 External Reports <br /> 11.2.1 Cape Cock Collaborative — Mrs. Lopez said there are <br /> no meetings during the summer but will be held the <br /> second Wednesday of every month beginning in <br /> September. <br /> 11.2.2 Leisure Services — Motion mach by Mrs. Mills, <br /> seconded by Mrs.Reis,to appoint DonnaJean Lopez as <br /> the second School Committee community liaison to the <br /> Leisure Services Advisory Council. <br /> VOTE: Una.nimous <br /> 11.2.3 Safe Transportation Task Force — Mrs. Parolski said <br /> the bus routes of almost complete and the annual <br /> meeting with the principals and First Student will be <br /> scheduled. <br />
