Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Thomas, to approve the survey as presented. VOTE: Unanimous .7 CIP Request Submission — Discussion followed on the Capital Improvement Program submission package which included the following requests: 1 Floor covering I&II $ 1245250 2 Network Infrastructure Project 75,000 3) Chancery Student Information System $ 425000 4 School Security II $ 573200 5 Quashnet HVAC Replacement ment $ 50,000 6) District wide Storage $ 50,000 7) KCC Bathrooms 5 TOTAL 4489450 The CIP requests are due in Town Mall on Friday,November 5, 2004. After discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mrs. Mills,to approve the FY06 CIP submission in the amount of$448,450. VOTE: Unanimous 8.8 FY05 Budizet Transfers—For a breakdown n of these transfers,phase see Exhibit A. Motion made by Ms. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Reis,to approve budget transfer#05-02-40 in the amount of$8,731.24. VOTE: Unanimous Motion made by Mrs.Lopez,seconded by Mrs. Mills,to approve FY05 budget transfer#05-03-40 in the amount of$3,486.41 VOTE: Unanimous IX. Specifically Assigned/ 9.1 Superintendent's Search Update—Mrs. Cooly updated the Unfinished Business Committee on the following superintendent's search issues: 9.1.1 Superintendent's Application Essay Questions — At the previous meeting, Mrs. Cooly requested the Committee review the essay questions included in the packet. The Committee was surveyed on which one question they believed to be the single-most important one to include in the superintendent's application. After discussion, it was agreed that one question would appear on the application as follows:
