Due to the number ofcandidate interviews, <br /> Mrs. Cools stressed members will need to be available during the month of <br /> March 2005 to attend the interviews and not miss any. <br /> Mrs. Mills suggested the following individuals serve on the superintendent's <br /> screening committee: 1 principal; 2 teachers; 1 paraprofessional; 3 parents <br /> (one from each school); 1 community member; 1 facilities supervisor; 1 <br /> Board ofSelectmen member; 1 Finance Committee member; I students and <br /> 2 School Committee members totaling 14 members to serve on the <br /> screening committee. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Lopez,to approve the above- <br /> listed individuals to serve on the superintendent's search screening <br /> committee. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 9.1.3 Scope of Auth —Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. <br /> Reis, to appoint Mrs. Cook to have the scope of authority. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 9.1.4 Length ofContract — Motion made by Mr. Thomas,as, s and d by <br /> Mrs. Mills,for the new superintendent to have a three-year contract. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 9.1.5 Superintendent's Job Description — It was decided that firs.
