Peter Thomas was <br /> absent this evening. Also in attendance were Superintendent of Schools Patricia Parolsli and Business <br /> Administrator Peter Roche. <br /> I. Call Meeting Mrs. Cools called the regular meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Quash net <br /> to Order School Library. <br /> II. Executive Session Motion rade by Mrs. Lopez, seconded by Mrs.Mills,to move into executive <br /> session at 6:31 p.m.for the purpose of personnel and negotiations. <br /> Roll Call Vote: Unanimous <br /> The regular meeting reconvened at 7:02 p.m. <br /> III. Approval of Minutes 3.1 Regular Meetin —November 3, 2004—Motion made by liths. Reis, <br /> seconded by Mrs. Lopez, to approve the minutes ofthe regular meeting held on <br /> November 3,2004. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 3.2 Executive Session —November 3, 2004 — Motion made by Mrs. Reis, <br /> seconded by Mrs. Mills, to approve the minutes of the executive session held <br /> on November 3, 2004. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 3.3 Finance Meeting November 17, 2004 -- Motion made by Mrs. Reis, <br /> seconded by Mrs. Lopez,to approve the minutes of the finance meeting held on <br /> November 17, 2004. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 3.4 Executive Session—November 17, 2004 —Motion made by Mrs. Reis, <br /> seconded by Mrs. Lopez, to approve the minutes of the executive session held <br /> on November 17, 2004. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> IV, Public Forum Mrs. Monica Parks addressed the Committee regarding a residency issue for her <br /> son, Joshua Little-Parrs. Although the family currently lives on Otis Air Force <br /> Base in Bourne, it was discovered that her son has been attending Mashpee <br /> High School as a non-Mashpee resident. As a result, school officials requested <br /> Joshua be removed from Mashpee High School and enrolled in the Bourne <br /> school system. Mrs. Parks appealed to the Bourne School Committee who <br /> denied her request. This evening, Mrs. Parrs appealed to the Mashpee School <br /> Com m ittee for Joshua.remain in Mash pee High School, and after much <br />
