Students would make deposits at the <br /> school then a bank representative would collect the deposits on a weekly basis. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Reis, to approve this student <br /> banking concept. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 8.6 Residency Issues — Pursuant to an earlier discussion regarding the <br /> residency of Joshua Little,Mrs. Parolski addressed Mrs. Parks and the concern. <br /> One member of the audience, Daphne Monroe as ed the Committee if it would <br /> be possible for her tale Joshua in as a foster child. A second member of the <br /> audience, John Fulone, also volunteered his borne for Joshua to live in if it <br /> would mean Joshua to remain at Mashpee High School. <br /> After much discussion, a compromise was reached whereby the Parks family <br /> will have a stay of residency until Wednesday, January 5, 2005 to work out a <br /> residency solution. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> X. New Business 10.1 FY06 Budget—School Councils <br /> 10.1.1 Quashnet School Council — Quashnet School Principal Robert Tippo <br /> addressed the Committee with the School Council's only request for FY06 is to <br /> increase the current half-time remedial teacher to full time. <br /> 10.1.2 High School Council —High Scbol Principal Ira Brown explained the <br /> FY06 School Council requests which were as follows: <br /> 1.0 FTE Math teacher <br /> 0 0.6 FTE English <br /> • 1.4 FTE Electives teacher <br /> 0 14 Department Chairs <br /> 0 0.4 FTE Administrative Secretary <br /> 1.0 Dance Team Advisor <br /> 9 Equipment, supplies and textbooks totaling$114,615 <br /> Class Gift from Class of'o Class President Lisa Marie Kelly addressed the <br /> Committee regarding the proposal of a marquee sign as the class gift this year. <br /> It would be placed near the sewer treatment plant on Route 15 1. Feller <br /> officers Class Treasurer Fara McDougall and Class Vice President Gillian <br /> McCarthy also addressed the class gift. Mrs. Cook said the proper procedures <br /> f must be followed and obtained for permitting of such a sign. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Lopez, to approve the concept <br /> of a marquee sign as the Class of 2005 class gift. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br />
