MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE—REGULAR MEETING—DECEMBER 1, 2004 PAGE j 9.2 Coombs School Bathroom — Mrs. Parolli said the Coombs School bathroom issue in on the FY06 CIP request submission list. 9.3 Superintendent' Evaluation — Mrs. Cook read aloud Mrs. Par l l is annual evaluation by the School Committee noting the following scores and corresponding categories: Category Averager 1. Personal Qualities and Characteristics - 8.8 Average Overall Score - 8.4 Mrs. Cook praised Mrs. Parolski's is tenure as Superintendent of Schools and stated she fell into the"Commendable""category. Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Lopez, to accept the superintendent's evaluation as presented. VOTE: Unanimous 9.4 Superintendent's Search FJpdat — Mrs. Cook updated the Committee n the superintendent search process stating that preliminary focus group meetings have been scheduled and the brochure has gone to the printer. 9.5 Legal Services Update — Mrs. Cook noted that a meeting will be held with a firm who submitted an RFP and was rated highly by the review committee. The meeting will take place on December 8 1h at 11:00 a.m. X. New Business 10.1 F6 udt School Councils 10.1.1 Quashnet School Council—Mr. Tippo presented earlier in the meeting. 10.1.2 High School Council—Mr. Brown presented earlier in the meeting. 10.2 Grounds Maintenance—Mrs. Cook updated the Committee on the latest determination regarding the Town Charter and the maintenance of school grounds. She said that pending a vote by the Board ofSelectmen, the School Department will continue to maintain its grounds. XI.
