Thomas said a meeting needs to b <br /> rescheduled that was cancelled during last week's snowstorm. <br /> 11.1.4 Curriculum MCAS—Discussed earlier. <br /> 11.2 External.Reports <br /> x <br /> 11.2.1 Cape Cod Collaborative — Mrs. Lopez was not in attendance this <br /> evening, therefore,there was no report. <br /> 11.2.E Leisure Services — Mrs. Farlsli discussed a renting held recently <br /> where Mr. Frederick will assist the School Department secure some <br /> materials that are used often through the Leisure Ser-vices programs. <br /> 11.2.3 Safe Transportation Task Force — Mr. Thomas said there has been n <br /> need to schedule a rutin . The bus contract will be going out to bid <br /> next week. <br /> 11.2.4 Boosters Club—There was no meeting. <br /> 11.2.5 Indian Education—No report this evening. <br /> 11.2.E Health Advisory Committee—Ido report this evening. <br /> 11.2.7 Menu Advisory Committee—No report this evening due to Mrs. Mills' <br /> absence. <br /> XTI. Other Mrs. Parolski reported there will be a budget meeting on February 9 with the <br /> Finance Review Committee. At this point in time, a tentative second budget <br /> meeting is slated for February 16 which has not been posted. This meeting will <br /> coincide with the School Committee's ninthly finance meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Also, Mrs.Far lsl i said that due to the sn vst nn last week,the high school <br /> report cards will go out on February 14'h with the Quashnet School report cards <br /> th <br /> going out on February 7 . <br />
