The correct last day ofschool, barring anymore <br /> inclement weather days, is June 27, 2005 for students and June 28, 2005 for <br /> staff. <br /> 8.6 High School Program of Studies--- 2005-200 — Mr. Brown explained <br /> the changes to the 2005.2006 Program of Studies manual. After his <br /> presentation, a motion was made by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mrs. Reis, to <br /> approve the 2005-2006 Nigh School Program of Studies. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 8.7 High School Organizational Plans for.2 -2006 Academic Year—Mr. <br /> Brown described proposals for the 2005-2006 academic year whi Ch included: <br /> I Teaming for grade 9 <br /> 2 Advisor/Advisee Program grades -12 <br /> 3) In-school suspension program <br /> Following Mr. I r wn�s presentation, a motion was made by Mr. Thomas, <br /> seconded by Mrs. Reis,, t approve the 2005--2006 Academic Year High School <br /> Organizational Plans. <br /> VOTE: Unanim us <br /> Mrs. P rolski presented a request from Special Education Administrator .lane <br /> leaudin seeking approval for School Psychologist Marie Grable attend a <br /> National Association of School Psychologists N. .S.p. Convention in <br /> Atlanta., GA. from March 29 through April 2, 2005. Expenses and registration ; <br /> fee will be paid through the Frameworks Grant <br /> Motion made IIT-. Thomas, seconded by Mrs. Reis, to approve the gut- f- <br /> state convention for Marie Grable as described above. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 8.8 Indoor Air-Qual.ity,Report—Discussed earlier in the meeting. <br /> IX Specifically Assigned/ 9.1 Superintendent's Search Update—Mrs. Cook said there will be a letter <br /> Unfinished Business going home with all students as well as on the web page, educational charnel <br /> and ""Mashpee Enterprise" asking for interested parties to apply to be on the <br /> superintendent's screening committee. She said there will be a six-hour <br /> workshop ori Saturday, March 121h from 9:00 a.rn.-3:00 p.m. in the Quashnet <br /> School Library. Interviews will be conducted during the week of March I- <br /> 2 . <br /> .2 Coombs School Parking Lot Update- Greg Taylor — Discussed earlier <br /> in the meeting. <br /> 9.3 Scheduler for Channel 22 — Mrs. Cook announced that the Cable <br /> Advisory Committee agreed to pay$8,800 to obtain a new scheduled. <br />
