Business Adminlistrat r's.Report—Mr. Roche updated the Committee on the following <br /> FY05 budget items. <br /> . FY05 Budget update - In his report, Mr. Roche updated the Committee on the <br /> following <br /> 0 A total of $60,000 from the remaining balance in the Coombs School and <br /> Quashnet School expense line items will be allocated for the initial phase of the <br /> textbook adoption. <br /> 0 $7,540 from the remaining Quashnet School expense account balances will b <br /> allocated to help pay for the new Quashnet gym HVAC units. <br /> 0 The Technology expense accounts previously reported with a problem have been <br /> corrected. <br /> 0 I_JtiIit]es are being closely monitored. <br /> • Significant special education salary deficits will be covered by Circuit Breaker <br /> funds. <br /> 0 The Legal Services line stern is in deficit. <br /> FY05 Budget Transfers --- Mr. Roche submitted the following FY05 F05budget <br /> transfers for approval(see Exhibit A : <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Lopez, seconded by Mrs.Mills, to approve budget transfer <br /> #05-24-1 in the amount of$508.25. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Lopez, seconded by Mr. Thomas, to approve budget <br /> transfer 05-40-4 in the amount of$767.52 <br /> VOTE-.
