New Business <br /> X1. Committee Reports 11.1 Sub Committee deports <br /> 11.1.1 Negotiations — Mrs. Mills stated that there is a meeting on November ber 10, <br /> 2005 t :00 p.m. with Unit A. <br /> 11.1.2 High School - Mrs. Grady stated that the various House goals were <br /> presented at the meeting. Mrs. Grady also noted that the progress reports <br /> are being revamped. The previous omission of a clause that was brought <br /> up at the last meeting, will now be inserted in the appropriate place. <br /> 11.1.3lem n� - Mrs.. om ey stated that they discussed updating report <br /> cards as well as the issuance of three report cards being distributed as <br /> opposed to the two now being issued. Also discussed at the meeting was <br /> more of a need for a Rubric as well as splitting the sub-cormrnittee in <br /> order to hear the needs of both the elementary schools affettively and <br /> meeting with each administrator separately. Mrs.. om y stated that the <br /> next meetings are slated for November 17th at 10:00 arra and December 9, <br /> at 10:00 ani. <br /> 11.1.4 Curriculum MCAS - There was no meeting. <br /> 11.1.5 Athletic Advisory_ Committee - Mrs. Mills said there has been no <br /> meeting. <br /> 11.2 External Reports <br /> 11.2.1 Cape Cod Collaborative — Mrs. Grady stated that she attended'a meeting <br /> and the Collaborative offers a program called ASLP which stands for <br /> Advanced Studies Leadership Program which is held at the <br /> Massachusetts Maritime Academy. This program is slated for students <br /> who are high achievers in grades seven and eight. It is a residential Four <br /> week program offered Monday through Friday and scholarships are <br /> available. The total cost of this program is $890.00. Also discussed was <br /> the Medicaid billing and reimbursement. <br /> 11.2.2 Leisure Services — It was suggested that Gus Fredericks be contacted so <br /> that a meeting can be scheduled. <br />
