There were no questions <br /> asked from anyone at the meeting. Mrs. Mills mentioned that this was one ofthe nicest <br /> budget presentations that she has seen in a long while and congratulated Mrs. Bradshaw <br /> on her presentation. <br /> Mr. Myers, Board of Selectmen member, spoke and thanked Mrs. Bradshaw and the <br /> School Committee members for the excellent presentation given on behalf of the <br /> proposed budget. <br /> Seeing there were no further comments from thep ublie, Mrs. Mills closed the Public <br /> Nearing at 8:05 p.m. and continued on with the regular agenda of the School Committee <br /> meeting to III on the Approval of Minutes. <br /> III. Approval of Minutes <br /> 3.1 I Meeting— December 7. 2005 — Motion made by Mr. Thomas, seconded b <br /> Mrs. Grady, to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on December 71, <br /> 2005, changing the word on the first page to read to instead of the under 11. <br /> Executive Session heading. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> .2 Executive Session — December 7 2005 -- Motion made by Mr. Thomas, seconded <br /> by Mrs. Romkey, to approve the minutes of the executive session held on December <br /> 7, 2005. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Iv, Public Hearing on Proposed FY 07 Budget — This item was discussed <br /> previously. <br /> V. Acknowledgements <br /> Mrs. Mills stated that the music groups had been very busy during the month o <br /> December and that she had attended a couple of these musical everts. She again thanked <br /> the fifth and sixth grade students from the Quashnet School for their earlier jazz <br /> presentation. <br /> Mrs. Bradshaw then mentioned that the chorus students from the high school were going <br /> to sing the rational Anthem prior to a Celtics game at the Boston Carden on January 23, <br /> Zoo . <br />
