"Thank You" memos--from LouiseDoyle for Coombs Sign Dedication — Mrs. Doyle thanked the following individuals and organizations for their support in this event: Coombs School President Liz Hendricks; Shawn Hendricks; the Hendricks children; KCC PTO Committee; Mr. and Mrs. V ieira (Liz's parents); Jackie Reid, Mashpee High school Student; Brad Tripp, Facilities Manager and his maintenance and custodial staff'; Bob Scott, Food Service Director and the KCC kitchen staff; Cozy Bus Company; I1ashpee Police Department; Glenn Marshall, President of Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Council; Kids' Klub After-school Program; KCC CIA Team; KC Recess Monitors; KCC Guidance Department; and legs. G rube and Mrs.-Penney. Mrs. Doyle also thanked Superintendent of Schools Ann Bradshaw for speaking at the Sign Dedication ceremony on April 27, 2006. Mrs. Bradshaw acknowledged the following South Shore League All-Star recipients: Matthew C lasuonno, Baseball; Matthew Skane, Baseball; Rachel Bouthiellette, Softball; Katie Sylvester, Softball; Nick Wagner, Tennis; Sarah' atana.n , Girls Spring Track; Corey Gaudreau, Boys Spring Track; Erika Marst rs, Girls Spring Track; Ryan McGillicuddy, Boys Spring Track; Matt Riley, Boys Spring Track, Mrs. Bradshaw also noted the following sports statistic — out of a total of 227 high school student athletes participating in spring sports this year, 26 were Triple Crown athletes. V11. Communications There were n "Communications"this evening. V111. Student Advisory Student Advisory Council representative Laura Galvin was unable to attend Council tonight's meeting. However, in Laura's absence, Mrs. Bradshaw commended Laura for her academic and athletic accomplishments at Mashpee High School. Among her accomplishments,ents, Laura ranked fourth in her class and has lettered and seared as captain of three sports teams — fild hockey, winter track and spring trach. She accepted an early decision to Sacred Heart University for the six-year Physical Therapy Doctoral Program. Ix. Parent/Teacher Discussed earlier in the meeting by Liz Hendricks. Organization X. Report of the 10.1 Personnel- Supewrintendent 10.1.1 Director r f Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment—Mrs. Bradshaw announced Ellen Bankston has been appointed to this position effective July 1, 2006. 10.1.2 New Position — K Kids Advisor — Mrs. Bradshaw described this new position at the Quashnet School.
