VOTE: Unanimous Motion made by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mrs. Romkey, to approve budget transfer #40-06-05 in the amount of$41,245.66. VOTE: Unanimous Motion made by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mrs. I mk r, to approve budget transfer #02-06-03 in the amount of$83.58. VOTE: Unanimous Motion made by Mrs. Romkey, seconded by Mr. Thomas, to approve budget transfer 1-06-03 in the amount of$3 3 0.67. VOTE: Unanimous 2.3 Status of Grants, Revolving Accounts and Lunch Proms — Mr. Noche updated the Committee on the status of the grants; the rental line item in the revolving account reflects an additional $11,000 for high school security; and the lunch program reflects revolving account balance of$164,741.45. 111. FY07 Budget — Mr. Roche noted the May 1, 2006 Town Meeting where the school department FY06 budget request is $18,685,037 reflecting a 5.1% increase from the FY06 budget. The Town Meeting will be held at M shpee High School in the gym. 1V. Unit A Contract Ratification—Mrs. Bradshaw mentioned the Unit A contract has been ratified by the teachers and School Committee. V. other—Mrs. Bradshaw mentioned the following events: 1. the Senior Project Exhibit was held at Mashpec High School on April 25. It was an outstanding event. Other Senior Projects to be held will be: 0 a Fashion Show on April 28 at 7:00 o p.m. by Azalea Banks; Chelsea Maikath has dedicated her Senior Project to the Coach Paul Phinney 5K Walk/Run to be held on April 29th. Entrance fee is with a 9:00 a.m. registration and 10:00 a.m. start; on May loll, Chris Deily will conduct a Blood Drive at I iashpee High School from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Also,the new Coombs School sign will be unveiled on April 2 hat 1:30 p.m. Mr. Thomas said the high school report cards were late clue to a technology glitch. Mr. Brown explained the server crashed but the parts will arrive on April 27'x`.
