Mrs. Bradshaw will review with the <br /> administrators again and the vote will he taken at February 28'x' finance <br /> meeting. <br /> 11.2 School Committee and Student Council -March,h 72007, 2:00 p.m. <br /> l ashpee High School Conference Room—Mrs.. Grady made a suggestion to <br /> jointly meet with the Student Council every other month. <br /> Mrs. Bradshaw informed the Committee of the National Honor Society <br /> wishing to hold a 50/50 raffle during lunch. No action taken by the <br /> Committee. <br /> XII. Committee Deports 12.1 Sub-Committee Re its <br /> 12.1.1 Negotiations — Mrs. Grady said there is a meeting this week this <br /> Unit C representatives; Unit A negotiations are ongoing. <br /> 12.1.2 Poles -- Mr. Thomas and Mrs, Romkey met with Mrs. Bradshaw <br /> and Steve Innis from the Mashpee Concert Committee recently to <br /> discuss moving the Annual Pops Concert to 11ashpee High School <br /> in 2008. They will continue to meet as questions remain on both <br /> sides. Next meeting is February 'h at 8:00 a.m. <br /> 12.1.3 Bud et — Mrs. Grady reported that Unit A department head <br /> discussions are currently "on hold." Discussion held on Art Honor <br /> Society Advisor. <br /> 12.1.4 Curriculum MCA. —There was no report this evening. <br /> 12.1.4 Athletic Advisory Committee—Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Mills will set <br /> up a meeting with Mr. Horne. <br /> 12.2 External Report <br /> 12.2.1 Cape Cod Collaborative—Mrs. Grady had no report this evening. <br /> 12,2.2 Leisure Services — Mrs. Romkey said there was a meeting last <br /> evening and calendar scheduling was discussed. liths. Bradshaw, <br /> Leisure Services Director Gus Frederick and Leisure Services <br /> Scheduler Christine willander will meet on this issue. <br /> 12.2.3 Safe Transportation Task Free—There has been no meeting. <br /> 12.2.4 Boosters Club — Mr. Thomas reported that the two fundraisers held <br /> over the past weekend raised $2,500. <br />
