MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE—REGULAR AND FINANCE MEETING MARCH 7, 2007 PAGE 15.1.4 Curriculum MCAS — Mrs. Romkey and Ms. Bankston met and discussed professional development, safe and supportive learning environment grants, MCAS dates, keynote speakers. Their next meeting will be March 23r'at 9:00. 15.1,5 Athletic Advisory Committee — Mr. Thomas met with Athletic Director Michael Horne where they revisited the rules and regulations of being a captain of a high school sports team. Mr. Horne will follow up. 15.2 External Reports 15.2.1 Cape Cod Collaborative—No report this evening. 15.2.2 Leisure Services — Mrs. R mkey met with this committee on March 7 1h where communications regarding the calendar were discussed. 15.2.3 Safe Transportation„Task,Force—Mr. McNamara said there was a meeting on February 1 'hwhere a Coombs School bus stop was diseu'ssed. The issue was resolved. 15.2.4Boosters Club--Mr.Thomas said there was no meeting. 15.2.5 Indian Education--Mrs. Mitis said there was no meeting. 15.2.6 Health Advisory Committee — Mrs. Grady said this committee met on February 2 8h regarding the Wellness Policy, student screening status, Youth Risk Behavior Survey results will be in two weeps. Their next meeting is set for March 21"at 3:30 p.m. 15.2.7 Menu Advisor r rr mittee — Mrs. hills said this committee met on February 15th. Suggestions proposed by the Health Advisory Committee are currently under advisement. � 15.2.8Safety Committee—Mr.Thomas said this committee met on March 15`". XVI. Other Mrs. Bradshaw responded to Finance Committee member Mr. asior's earlier comments. XVII. Executive Session There was no need to hold a second executive session this evening. XVIII.
