i Mashpee School Committee Regular Meeting May 11, 2011 Minutes Attendees: Kathy Stanley, Jose Franco, Janice Mills, Scott McGee and David Bloomfield. Also in attendance were Am Bradshaw, Superintendent, l lana Hortaridis, Business Manager and Ryan Stanley, Student Advisory Council. 1. Call Meeting to order Mrs. Stanley called the meeting to order @6:35pm. First order of business is reorganization of the School Committee. Janice lulls nominated Kathy Stanley as Chairman and Jose Franco seconded. Vote: Unanimous Kathy Stanley nominated .lose Franco to be her vice Chairman and Scott McGee seconded. Vote: Unanimous Kathy Stanley nominated Scott McGee to be the Secretary and Janice Mills seconded. Vote: Unanimous Mrs. Stanley welcomed David Bloomfield, the School Committee's newest member. i II, **Public Comment Carol Sherman, Selectman spore on behalf of Special Events Committee. The events committee is asking g to advertise the Mashpee Community Picnic and Fireworks event on the School Bulletin Board on Route 15 1. The Committee said they would loot into this and get back to her. III. *Approval of Minutes .1 11 Regular meetiny, i Mr. McGee made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Mills to approve the regular meeting minutes of April, 4, 2011. Roll Call vote: 1n favor- Mrs. Stanley, Mr. Franco, Mrs. Mills, Mr. McGee. Opposed—none; Mr. Bloomfield abstained. Iv.
