V, Student Advisory Council--Ryan Stanley Reran gave an informative update on the recent activities at Mashpee High School. V1. Report of the Superintendent .1 Personnel Repor- Retirements—.Tune, 2011 Nancy Kerrigan, KCC Guidance Janice Page, ICC Preschool 'Teacher Nancy Schroeder, HS Teacher .2 Administrative Reports The Committee reviewed the Administrative Reports 6.3 Enrollments As of May 1, 2011 the enrollments are: I CC-511; QS-526; MMS-262; MHS-475 for a total of 1 774 6.4 Upcoming Events list of upcoming events is included in the packet .5 Memo on Dona App Ms. Apple who is our math coach for the district has been nominated for a prestigious position by Massachusetts Commissioner of Education, Mitchell Chester. Dona has been named to serve on the National Advisory Board for the Illustrative Mathematics Project. V11. Reports from the Principals All four principals gave a brief summary of their school's events. VIII. *Handbook Revisions .1 Changes recommended her principals There are no changes to the ICC handbook Mrs. e oer outlined the changes to the QS handbook. Mr. McGee ee rade a motion, seconded by Mrs. Mills to accept the revisions to the QS handbook with the changes that were recommended by'Mrs. DeBoer. Roll Fall vote: In favor—Mr. Franco, Mrs. Mills, Mr. McGee and Mr. Bloomfield; opposed- Mrs. Stanley. Vote passes - -1 Mrs. Arnold outlined the changes to the MMS Landbook. Mrs. Mills made a notion, seconded by Mr. Franco to accept the revisions to the MMS handbook that were recommended y Mrs. Arnold. Roll Call vote: in favor—1 rs.Stanley, Mr. Franco, Mrs. Mills, Mr. McGee and Mr. Bloomfield; opposed—none. 0 Mrs. Day outlined the changes to the MHS handbook. Mr. Bloomfield made a motion, seconded by Mr. Franco to accept the revisions to the MHS handbook that were recommended by Mrs. Day.
