If it's distracting—turn it off! <br /> • Keep all materials in your study space so you can find them when you need them. <br /> Keeping Your Agenda Book <br /> What is an Agenda? <br /> • An Agenda is a list or program of things to be done <br /> • Individual items on an agenda list each are assigned a priority <br /> • Priority is determined by two factors: <br /> • How important is it? <br /> • When must it be done? <br /> Why keep an Agenda book? <br /> • An Agenda book allows you to list things to be done and organize which should be done first,second and <br /> third and so on. <br /> • The agenda books lets you manage your activity so things get done on time! <br /> • It also creates a record of your progress. <br /> Setting Priorities <br /> • The letter and number combination=priority <br /> -1,A is most important and must be done now! 1,13 is most important and is to be done second. 2,A is second <br /> in importance and should be done ahead of 2,8 etc.. <br /> The Agenda Book Format <br /> • Each day,make an entry for every subject <br /> • List them in this order: <br /> Page 21 of 30 <br />
