i 7.4.2 *Copy Clerk Mrs. Hortaridis recommended hiring a part time copy clerk for the I C.C. School. The Committee suggested looking for volunteers instead of hiring a clerk. 7.5 Assessment Results Debra Goulart, Curriculum Director showed a powerpoint outlining the scares. 7.6 New Federal Revenues 7.6.1 Race to the Tap Overview We are just starting to plan for the Race to Top Grant 7.6.2 Education,lobs Bill Mrs. Bradshaw explained that 300,000 will be going to M shpee. She suggested that we hold on to these funds to mitigate negative impact in FY 12 7.7 Election Site Everything event smoothly at the Quashnet School on election day. The Town provided the school with the necessary tools to ensure the safety of the students. VIII. Report of the Business Manager 9.1 FYI I Budget Update Mrs. Hortaridis gave an update of the FYI I budget 9.2 Revolving Accounts Mrs. Hortaridis gave an overview of the Revolving Accounts. 9.3 *Green Repair program Mrs. Hortaridis explained the process for applying to Massachusetts School Building Authority for the Green Repair Grant. If we receive this grant it would go towards replacing the windows at the Quashnet School.
