F MASHP E FINANCE COMMITTEE MINUTES APRIL , 1996 } MEETING COMMENCED AT 7 :OOPM `finance Committee members present: Marcia King, Chairman; Alec Watt; Mike Kumin; Juan Bacigalupi; Tony Gallo and Sid Golub. Annual Town Meeting Warrant The Committee discussed Articles which they had not previously voted, or had received further information. The first Article in which the Committee discussed was Article Capital Improvement Committee The Committee agreed that they would re ommend $590,000 for F 9 , but cannot accept the outer years, Ms. King asked if the Committee would like to make their recommendation on Town Meeting floor. The Committee agreed to make their recommendatioP on Town Meeting floor. Mr. Bacigalupi Motioned t approve Article 16 CA Revolving Fund) , Mr. Kunin seconded the Motion and members approved 5-0, Mr. Bacigal.upi Motioned t approve Article 22 Parcel of lana for the Boys and Girls Club) . Mr. Kumin seconded the Motion and members approved 5-0# The Committee then discussed Article 21 But f lehead Bay) . Mr. Golub s. ggested that the Committee table the'r Grote, with the hope that the Finance Committee would receive a response to the leer that he has sent. Assignment of Articles r. Golub agreed to present the Capital Improvement Article and the Board of Health's $10,000 slush fund Article the night of Town Meeting. Ms. King thought she would ask Mr. Goggin to spew about the Board of Health Article requesting $5,600 for water hookups, Chairman King would present their recommendation regarding the Bufflehead Bay land acquisition.
