Article 12. To see if the Town will vote to establish emergency. <br /> under the provisions of Chapter 40C of the Massachusetts (3)Prior to the start of work,or within 48 hours <br /> General Laws,as amended by Chapter 359 of the Acts of thereafter,a plan and/or written narrative describing <br /> 1971,a Historic District Study Committee for the the nature of the emergency work must be submitted <br /> traditional Mashpee Village Center.
