October Town Meeting,Article 1 —Stabilization Account: As per discussion among the Finance Committee members, comments for Article 15 will be as follows: We have reduced our Stabilization Fundfrom over$2,000,DOD to under$100,ODD in less thantwoyears. This is the minimum amount the Finance CommWeefeels comfortable with in replenishing our savings~ Motion made by Mr. watt to accept the move wording for Article 1 . Motion seconded by Mr. Cashman. Vote: Unanimous 5-0. Finance Committee Position: Finance Conunittee to recommend at Town Meeting. October Town Meeting,Article 1 —Amend B vlaw for Finance Conmiittee. As per discussion among the Finance Committee members,Mr. Golub suggested that this Article be discussed with the Selectmen—the Article is now too broad. Nix. Golub recommended to the members that the Finance Committee table the article at this time and deal with it with the Selectmen. October Town Meeting,Article 20—route 130 and Great Neck Road North: Mr. Arden stated that he discussed this Article with Mr. whritenour. Mr. Whnor stated that what they do is get three appraisals and they tape the average of the appraisals. He stated that Mr. Writenour noted that they are rewired by lave to pay that amount--they cannot pay less. As per discussion among the Finance Committee members,it was agreed to change their position on Article 20 from Finance Committee recommends approval to Finance Committeeto recommend at Tmm Meeting. Motion made by Mr. Cashman to change the Finance Committee's recommendation of approval to be that they will recommend at Town Meeting. Motion seconded by Mr. Arden. Vote: Unanimous 5-0.
