Chief Przybylek noted that this position would give them clerical support in <br /> their department. Chief Przybylek added that considering thea of the department in <br /> comparison to the other large departments,they are the only one who does not have a tel- <br /> time clerical person. <br /> Chief Przybylek noted that they still have one Patrol Officer vacancy,which has been vacant <br /> since July 1998.
