13 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 9, 2018 <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Discussion and Vote on Town Initiation of Opioid Liti ation Authorization of Agreement with <br /> Massachusetts Opioid Litigation Grou • Authorization for the Town Manager to Execute the <br /> Agreement on Behalf of the Board of Selectmen: <br /> A consortium of national and Massachusetts law firms are bringing suits on behalf of municipalities <br /> against the manufacturers and distributors of prescription opioids. Work is related to the Quashnet School construction project which includes; hardware <br /> changes to the windows, a credit for a modification in the roofing and additional power washing. <br /> Funding to support the change order requests in the amount of$18,113.91 would derive from the <br /> project contingency. <br />
