TheConsortium's Advisory Council is responsible for allocating $15 million in <br /> federal HOME funds that the County has received since 1994. Southern New England Project EF grant to assist in the implementation of the shellfish <br /> component of the Comprehensive Watershed Nitrogen Management Plan (CWNMP). EPA funds are <br /> available for estuary and water quality restoration projects in the range of$100,000 to $500,000. A <br /> 3% match is required. Funding would derive from the existing DNR budget. <br /> Mr. York informed the Board that multiple proposals per applicant are permissible. The deadline for <br /> pre-proposals is March o, 2018. Mr.. York indicated he would apply for two grants in this <br /> pro 1� <br /> competitive round of grant funding. <br />
