9 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 12, 2018 <br /> Review Discussion and Approval of Draft#2 Mal 018 Town Meeting warrant: <br /> ecial Town Meeting Warrant: (continued) <br /> Article##6: Community Preservation Committee--To fund $167,000 for the Habitat for Humanity <br /> Scattered Site Mashpee Community Housing project - HELD <br /> It was noted the owner of the Great Neck Toad North parcel owner did seek a variance to build on the <br /> roe however the request was denied. Habitat for Humanity would reach compliance under the <br /> A y <br /> mandates of Chapter 40B with the exception of the underlying zoning. <br /> It was agreed this article would be HELD for additional review regarding the area, lot size and history <br /> of the subdivision. <br /> With the exception of Article##L and 46 (HELD), the Board of Selectmen took the following action; <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to include and support Articles ## , ## , ##4, 05 and 97 of the <br /> Special Town Meeting Warrant of May 7, 201 so <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call vote: <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman Sherman,yes <br /> Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes opposed, none <br /> .Annual Town Meeting Warrant <br /> Article ##10: To create full-time Assistant Health Agent; $94,746 W REMOVED <br /> Glenn Harrington, Health Agent was in attendance to review the new regulation adopted by the Board <br /> of Health which would require all rental properties to register,pay a fee; $300 for inspection and to <br /> obtain permitting in the form of a.rental certificate. Mr..
