YES/NO <br /> ]discussion followed regarding the intent of the ballot question to obtain a clear direction for the October <br /> Town Meeting as it relates to the will of the citizens of the Town of Mashpee regarding recreation <br /> marijuana establishments. However, the issue was debated as to the reed for this ballot question. <br />
