Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to Close Regular Hearing Agenda of the Mashpee <br />Conservation Commission of March 8, 2018. Seconded by Mr. Smith. Vote <br />unanimous 5-0 <br />Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to enter into Executive Session to discuss strategy with <br />respect to litigation as an open meeting may have a detriment effect on the litigating <br />position of this public body. The County has decided <br />they wanted to dispose of their properties and the Bourne House where the AmeriCorps <br />volunteers reside. We have been submitted to the town manager all of the projects they <br />have been working on. This is on the Selectmen’s agenda for Monday night. He noted <br />AmeriCorps saves thousands of dollars for the town every year. He urged the members to <br />attend the Selectmen’s meeting. <br /> <br />Motion: Mr. Smith moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Sweet.
