At request of applicant, continued from 1119, 12/14 to <br /> address NHESP concerns and submit reprised plans: NO] <br /> The Agent reported the reason for another contihuance is the MA Natural Heritage and <br /> Endangered species Program (NHESP) has some concerns with the proposed project and the <br /> applicant is continuing to resolve these concerns before going forward with the hearing. <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet mored to continue the hearing at the request of the applicant to <br /> January 25, 2018 at 6:03 p.m., seconded by Mr. Anderson. vote unanimous -o. <br /> 6:03 Templar Holdings, LLC, 9 Tulip shell Way. At request of applicant, continued from 10/121 10126, 1119, 12114 to <br /> address Harbormaster and shellfish Constable concerns and submit revised plans. N01 <br /> Resource Area': Land Under ocean, Land containing shellfish LSCSF, salt Marsh, <br /> Bordering vegetated Wetland <br /> Matt Costa, Cape & Island Engineering, represented the applicants. -He explained the <br /> proposed project includes the replacement of the existing shell path with a 4 foot wide elevated <br /> walkway, removal of existing ramp section leading to pier, rebuild deck on the existing pier and <br /> install public access stars near the mean high water aeric, remove existing ramp and replace <br /> with,aluminum ramp, relocate existing floats, relocate one pile, add three piles and install Boat <br /> lift supports onto the four pilings. He noted the existing dock vias-previously licensed No. 7605 <br /> and this application hes been filed with DEP and the Town of Mashpee. He also noted a <br /> temporary staging area will be designated and the order of conditions and signage will be <br /> posted at the site. He said the boat lift is designed so all portions of the lift are stored out of the <br /> water. He described the operation of the boat lift and the boat lift will eliminate the need for <br /> antifouling paints to be used on the boat. He said they vent through a lengthy process with <br /> the Harbormaster and Shellfish Constable in order to protect the shellfish habitat. He said the <br /> project meets all of the performance standards and respectfully requested the Commissioners <br /> issue an Order of Conditions. He stated on ars annual basis they will go back and compare the <br /> bottom topography to see if there are any changes to the shellfish habitat. He said the applicant <br />
