MEETING To ORDER: : p.m. <br /> PRE/POST-HEARING I AGENDA: <br /> Public: No comments <br /> Minutes: Approve December 14, 2017 and January 11, 2018 Minutes <br /> Motion: Mr. Anderson moved to-approve the December 14, 2017 minutes, seconded <br /> ,by Mr. Sweet. dote unanimous 4-0 <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to approve the January 11, 2018 minutes, seconded by <br /> Mir. cooly* vote 4-0,1 with Mr. O'Neill abstaining. <br /> Littleford. parcel conservation restriction: Mark Robinson <br /> The Agent introduced Marie Robinson from the Cape Cod Conservation Trust. He noted a <br /> while back the town acquired the Littleford parcel of land which connects to the John's <br /> Pond conservation land using Community Preservation Act Funds and requested the <br /> Commissioners sign the conservation restriction document following lir. Robinson's <br /> presentation. <br /> Mr. Mark Robinson introduced himself. He said he is the Executive Director of the <br /> Compact of Cape Cod Conservation Trust and also serves as an advisor of the <br /> Environmental Trust. He conferred with the Trust and they are willing to accept the <br /> Littleford parcel. He reviewed the parcel on a map. He said the draft has been prepared <br /> and it needs to be reviewed by town counsel an'd signed by the Cape Cod Commission <br /> and the Board of Selectmen. The Community Preservation Act requires a conservation <br /> restriction placed with a third party to have another lager of protection. It is contract <br /> between the town and the land trust which is similar to other restrictions the torn has <br /> placed on other similar parcels. <br />
