The Agent reviewed the neap which illustrated the adjacent parcels* He said the <br /> conservation restriction contains the standard language and allows for hiking and trails and <br /> prohibitive uses and the explanations behind why they-are allowed or prohibited. <br /> Upon review, the Commissioners tabled their signing of the document until town counsel <br /> and the commissioners are able to review the document. <br /> HEARINGS: <br /> :00 Mark & Heidi Whelan, 104 Pimlico Pond Road. Proposed vista pruning. NOI <br /> Resource Area; Inland Bank, Buffer to Inland Bank/Buffer to Land Under <br /> Waterbodies and Waterways (Mashpee Pond) <br /> Mark & Heidi Whelan, owners, were present. Mr. Whelan stated they were asking <br /> permission to allow for crista pruning at 104 Pimlico Pond Road which would be in <br /> compliance with regulation 29 (of the Ch. 172 Wetland Bylaw). He said they will continue <br /> to maintain the existing corridor, gravel roadway as well as granted vista pruning. He <br /> explained the wetland frontage is 230 plus 15' of contour with a total of 245} with the view <br /> corridor width not to exceed %. They were also requesting the removal of thorny briars <br /> on the property to be replaced with lour bush blueberry. <br /> The Agent explained the vista pruning requirements. He said the corridor is 62 feet In <br /> width which is % of the frontage and reviewed regulation 29 that deals with buffer zones <br /> and buffer strips and vista pruning. In that % there is specific protocols that get <br /> conditioned into the permit that calls for selective pruning. He spoke about the thorny <br /> briars. He said if they are encroaching into pathways they may be re' moved but they do <br /> provide good cover for wildlife. Their removal could be determined by a site visit. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. sweet moved to close and issue, seconded by Mr. Anderson.- Vote <br /> unanimous 4-0 <br /> :03 save Popponesset Bay, Inc. O-Rear Wading Place Road. Proposed <br /> maintenance dredging and beach nourishment. At request of applicant, continued <br /> from 11/9/2017 to address NNE P concerns and submit revised plan. NO[ <br /> Motion: Mr. sweet moved at the request of the applicant to.continue the nearing to <br /> February 22, 2018 at 6:03 p.m., seconded by Mr.. Anderson. vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> 6:06 Banial E. Marsters, Trustee, 49 Palrner Road. Proposed construction of single- <br /> family dwelling, garage, septic system upgrade and landscaping/hardscapin . At <br /> request-of applicant, continued from 1/11/2018 to submit revised plans.
