All conditions under the permits will he adhered to. Prior notifications will he given to all agencies involved, John Molloy, Save Popponesset Bay, stated they have notified Natural Heritage and aro in favor of this Administrative Approval request. The Agent noted on the agenda the DEP number was incorrect. The correct number is #43-2616. He noted this request is for beach nourishment only. All conditions will need to he adhered to such as Chapter 91 and Corps of Engineers. He didn't have a concern with issuing an administrative approval because the conditions will he covered under the existing permit. Motion: Mr. Sweet moved the Administrative Approval 43-2616 as presented, seconded by Mr. Smith. vote unanimous 5-0 HEARINGS: :00 Arthur P.
