She was requesting to remove one pitch pine in front that overhangs the roof, remove <br /> one sassafras on left side of house that overhangs the roof, remove one sassafras and one black <br /> oak near the deck and trim large, broken and dead limbs on 2 black oafs in the rear. <br /> The Agent shoved the location of the trees on the photos. He agreed the trees pose a hazard but <br /> suggested one of the trees could'be saved and stated there needs to be a compelling need to <br /> remove this tree. He requested an arborist assess the tree and if the arborist assesses a <br /> compelling need to have it core down then it can be removed. He recommended a Negative <br /> Determination with the exception of the one tree and if the arborist deems a compelling reason, his <br /> office can handle it with the arborist. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: I'111r.
