He pointed out <br /> that for the past two years,Mashpee used their reserve funds to put off their tax <br /> increases. He stated that he is not in agreement with spending the reserve <br /> fids before the reserve fhnds are available. He stated-that he cannot support <br /> giving this money until he sees what money is available. <br /> Mr. Golub noted that the money would not be allocated at Tawn Meeting unless <br /> the money is there.
