3 CHUCK SEEN MEWEPNOOM FINANCE COMMITTEE APPLICANT: Chairwoman Goulart stated that lir. Sheehan wrote a note to the Finance Committee with a letter of interest to be a member of the Board. Mr. Sheehan gave a background of himself' He stated that he moved to the Cape one year ago. He stated that he had been in banking for 10 years. He recently got out of the banking industry and is now working for Blue Cross in Rockland. Mr. Sheehan informed the Committee that he was from central Massachusetts. He also pointed out that he ran a Veterans Club which was$500,000 annually. Mr. Sheehan stated thaf he has two daughters at the K.C.Coombs School. Mr. Sheehan stated that he saw the ad for a Mashpee Finance Committee member and thought it would be very interesting and fun;so,he sent a letter. f He stated that in business,he has dome everything from putting budgets together,to hiring, firing,and lending. i Chairwoman GouaIrt described the duties of the Finance Committee,the budget process,and the meeting schedule of the Committee. 5 Chairwoman Goulart asked Mr. Sheehan is he has a resume and she stated that Mr. Sheehan should forward a copy of his resume. Once she receives the resume,she will sham it with the members of the Finance Committee, in particular the two missing Board members,and then they will forward the resume to the Board of Selectmen for their review. Chairwoman oulart stated that she would like the other two members of the Finance Committee to review the resume before a decision is made. `here was discussion between Mr. Sheehan and the members regarding the town's budget, the school's budget,and the growth that the school has experienced in the last few gears.
