Motion n R i v.�r d et YPiwrF//i_ Mr.Arnold made a motion that each Finance Committee manber reviews their corresponding budgets that they are responsible for through heir Liaison Assignments. If they have questions on the respective budgets,send an e-mail, letter,or make a phone call prior to the next Finance Committee meeting. When,come back tot he FinanceCommittee;and,if there were questions,relay the information received ars the budget to the other Fance Committee members. At that time,make a recommendation a to whether the Department Head needs to come before the Finance Committee for a review of their budget. In addition,said budgets that do not rNuire the Department Head to carne before the Finance Committee,the Finance Committee Liaison should make budget reca mendation for discussion and approval by the Committee.
