In a town where they are separate,the <br /> Treasurer has to wait for their money until they get it from the Tax Collector. With the <br /> position combined,she is investing the money completely. Shaw noted some of the salaries of the position of Treasurer/Town Collectors from other <br /> towns on the Cape. <br /> Sandwich,has a separate Treasurer and Tax Collector. <br /> Combined pay for the two positions is$83,723. <br /> 0 Wareham has a separate Treasurer and Tax Collector. <br /> Combined salary for the two positions is over$100,900. <br /> The Treasurer,who has only been there two gears,received$52,500. <br /> Dennis has a combined Treasurer/Tax Collector. <br /> He has been there two years and his salary is$54,000. Next year, <br /> his salary will b $56,000. <br /> Ms. Shaw noted that she has been in the positron going on 22 gears. <br /> She stated that she would closing the boli out.
