Charm Arden read the notion and said it was jug a rccommcndation. Any action <br /> would have to be taken by the Scl ct en and they would have to change the by4aw. Mr. Arnold <br /> said he is opposed to Nancy's motion and would life an annotation to the -1 vote that he was <br /> opposed. <br /> Discussion followed on how the motion came about. Chaimm Arden said the underlying reason is <br /> that here is no competition for seats.
