Patrick; <br /> Lynda A. Carroll; Bob Hutchinson <br /> Others: Joyce Mason, Town Manager; bene' React, Assistant Town Manager; Brian <br /> Kehrl, Mashp a Enterprise—Reporter. <br /> 1. Approval of Minutes: Bob Hutchinson moved to approve last month's <br /> minutes of September 1.2,2006 meeting. Chuck G si r seconded. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> 11. Correspondence <br /> Correspondence dated September 1 , 2006, Certification ofamount o <br /> available funds, or`free cash"as of July 1, 2006; <br /> 0 Actuarial report as of July 1,2006. <br /> Joyce Mason briefly commented on the available finds certification f July 1, 2006) <br /> and actuariaJ report s of July 1, 2006). <br /> Joyce Mason advised the Finance Cottee that the Town Accountant/Collector's <br /> position for the Town of Mashpe ,presently held by Tom Connelly, is being posted. <br /> There was mention of whether any of the Ton Articles needed to be discussed. It was <br /> agreed by all in attendance that them was no need for further discussion on any of the <br /> Articles. <br /> Questions were referred to Joyce Mason with regard to the cranberry bogs. Joyce stated <br /> that the same vas currently in litigation, the lawsuit was ongoing, and Joyce would be <br /> unable to comment or answer any questions at this time. <br /> 1 <br />
