Ms. Bradshaw admitted mistakes were made;the project <br /> was taken on without clear understanding of the process, and follow through could have <br /> been better. The Office of Health and Human Services was petitioned to assist in <br /> retrieval of two 2 quarters, and Auditors were contacted. Efforts to retrieve the funds <br /> were not successful, and Ms. Bradshaw is not certain what could not be recouped,but <br /> would do research and provide the Finance Committee with a figure. IVIS. Bradshaw <br /> pointed out that conservation resulted in a twenty-five (25%)percent savings in energy. <br /> IVIS. Bradshaw clarified for Chris Avis and Bob Hutchinson amounts received to date, <br /> anticipated receipts, and amounts that will not be received. As of June 30, 2007, Two <br /> Hundred Ninety Thousand $ o,000.00 00/1 00 w1*11 not be on the books. Sixty <br /> Thousand Dollars o,000.00 00/100 will be here,but not in FY07, and Three Hundred <br /> Ten Thousand Dollars ($310,000.00) 00/100 will be here in FYo . <br /> Joyce Mason confirmed for Bill Johnson that the full impact will not be known until the <br /> boobs are closed. The""closing" f the FY07 books will be affected,but will not be <br /> considered a"loss". Ms. Mason further stated that free cash will be affected, and FY09 <br /> budget could be affected as well. Revenues are down by almost Four Hundred Thousand <br /> ($4005000.00) oo/loo this year. A shortfall is not expected,but the situation will b <br /> "tight". This will be reassessed, and reported back to the Finance Committee. <br /> Chuck Gasior and Sandra Lindsey discussed IVIS. Lindsey's level of comfort with the <br /> situation at hand(due to her knowledge and experience), as well as the future process of <br /> the same(Medicaid Reimbursement process). FIs. Lindsey responded by stating she felt <br /> Ms. Bradshaw did what she could to recoup the reimbursement funds, and further <br /> commented that she was content that the invoices were up to date.
